OUTDOOR FIREPLACE & LIVING AREA
Artistic Use of Masonry
The feel of a mountain escape was brought to the city in this outdoor living project highlighted by the wood-burning fireplace. Natural Montana stone used throughout the project.
The masonry-frame fireplace features a 20' high chimney, 48" firebox, and wood storage areas on either side. Custom stone arches frame the fireplace and storage areas.
The outdoor kitchen with built-in smoker, BBQ, fridge and storage units extends 20 feet. Pillars anchored the wood frame. Plus an accent wall brings privacy and interest; it's designed to look like an old castle wall.
